Instagram Reels and Stories safe zone
Since March 2026 Meta uses one safe zone for all 9:16 placements, built around Reels: keep text and logos out of the top 14%, the bottom 35% and 6% on each side. The profile name, caption, buttons and reply box sit there.

Keep text, logos and buttons out of the red areas. On a 1080 × 1920 canvas that is the top 269 px, the bottom 672 px and 65 px on each side.
